Dress Your Song "Scary-Oke" at Trader Todds October 29, 2010

Just like Christmas, Halloween aways has that group of procrastinators who still haven’t picked out a costume the week before the celebration . For those lacking inspiration or motivation, Trader Todd’s has the perfect solution. Dress your song “scary-oke”
Here’s how it works:
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Halloween weekend patrons who dress the part – that is dress to match the song they choose to perform – will have a chance to show off their inner rock star with a chance to win a $250 gift card from Trader Todd’s. The first ten people to sign up will have a chance to perform their song. Up to three finalists will be selected by Trader Todd’s staff. At midnight, there will be an encore performance by the finalist followed by selection of the winner by audience applause. Winners each night will receive a Trader Todd’s gift card worth $250 and second prize winners will receive a 2 night stay at the Old Chicago Inn
Rules for entry:
Must be 21+ to enter and dressed to match their song. Costumes may be performer look alike or thematic interpretations of the song. Past winners have included a Tina Turner look alike doing Proud Mary, Uncle Sam singing Neil Diamond’s Coming to America and a Zombie singing the song with the same name by the Cranberries. Only the first ten patrons to sign up will be entered in to the contest. Entries will be accepted starting at 8pm. Contest starts at 10pm.
