Explore the story of Master Chief Carl Brashear-a man of honor, a Navy legend, and an American pioneer. This new exhibit will immerse you in historic photos, videos and artifacts, and offer opportunities to experience some of the physical challenges Brashear faced during his remarkable journey. This exhibit will leave you inspired by the "never give up" mentality of Brashear who became the U.S. Navy's first African-American master diver-despite being an amputee. A showing of the film 'Men of Honor,' which portrays his military service, will accompany this exhibit.
