Drawing and Sketching Session II February 3, 2010

Form, line, value, texture and proportion are the elements of drawing by which artists can express their ideas. Using the simple tools of pencil, charcoal and pen, students will explore the figures, nature and perspective of drawing.

Instructor: Rick Brogan

Supplies: Sketchpad, x-acto knife, kneaded eraser, art gum or pink pearl eraser, ruler, sanding block, paper towels or facial tissue, and 2B fat lead pencils.
