Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Vigil January 16, 2012

Celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and how his life’s messages relate to the local, global and personal issues of today through the arts of speech, song, music and dance. The keynote speaker will be Fairolyn Livingston, the Hannibal Square Heritage Center Historian and Manager.

The annual King celebration affords the Rollins and Central Florida communities an opportunity to reflect upon the past while also looking towards the future. The event honors Dr. King for his work toward equality and economic justice for all people.
