Dr. Phineas's Magical Emporium presents The Dragon and the Pepper: A Puppet Extravaganza for children of all ages. Created by Tim Clarke whose credits include working with Jim Henson who gave us The Muppets and with Sesame Street, 'The Dark Crystal,' and 'Fraggle Rock.' "Dr. Phineas" is the tale of a chef who was banished from his homeland, only to make friends with a fire breathing dragon.
