The Roger and Ruth Anderson Architecture Center, a subsidiary of the Hinsdale Historical Society, is sponsoring a photograph exhibit celebrating historic views of downtown Hinsdale. The exhibit covers downtown Hinsdale from 1882 to the present. Scout your favorite downtown buildings; see Hinsdale’s early Jewel Food Store, the spectacular building once known as the Hinsdale Club and other architectural treasures in the heart of the Village.
Admission: Free and open to the public
The exhibit will be on display Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17 from Noon to 4:00PM at Immanuel Hall, Third and Grant Streets in Hinsdale
The Anderson Architecture Center also invites Hinsdale Historical Society members to an exclusive preview on Friday, May 15 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. If you’re not yet a Society member and would like to join, applications will be accepted at the preview.
