Benjamin Cohen leads this local 26-voice chamber choir in a celebration of American composers and musical themes. Highlights include Kurt Weill's one-act folk opera "Down in the Valley" with guest artists People Dancing; "Three Sacred Moments," a world premiere piece for cello and choir by Dwayne Milburn (dedicated to the late Kamilah Neighbors, former VAE singer) -- as well as works by U of M's Paul Rardin, Anton Dvorak and a guest appearance by the Greenhills High School Choir on Aaron Copland's "The Promise of Living". $20 regular, $15 seniors (65 years & older), $10 for students.
