The collaborative efforts of Terri Warpinski and Garry Fritz led to a case of artistic double vision in which each of their approaches and viewpoints has been altered slightly by its interaction and resonance with the other. Terri Warpinski creates imagery that reflects her reverence for the land and her interest in the traces of human connection found within it. Most recently, she has been working on imagery from her travels to the Middle East. Warpinski's late husband, Garry Fritz's fascination with the breathtaking vastness of the desert landscape led to an affinity for the panoramic format and the long view as a natural response to that great emptiness.
