September's speakers are:

Jonny Farringdon, Director of Science, BodyMedia, Inc. Jonny will speak about wearable body monitors, technology, data, application and design for wearing sensors 24/7. He will discuss practical design and technology issues from woven sensors, clothing that fused Philips & Levi's, and commercial body worn sensor systems demo'd live.

DJ Soy Sos of Tuff Sound Recording, www.tuffsoundrecording.com. Herman Pearl (aka Soy Sos) has 20 years experience in the music industry, including performance, production and sound design. Herman will be discussing his clean and dirty aesthetic in music production and sound design. He will also be demonstrating techniques of analogue modular synthesis.

All meetings to be held upstairs at Brillobox. Admission is always free and open to the public. dorkbot pittsburgh is a non-smoking event, but you're free to smoke downstairs in the bar.
