CONNEAUT LAKE , PA – Spend a fun-filled Memorial Day Weekend celebrating Do-Wopp music and classic cars on the shores of beautiful Conneaut Lake , May 22-24, 2009 .
Saturday, May 23, 2009 at 7:00pm is Johnny Angel & the Halos LIVE in concert at the Beach Club. Johnny Angel and the Halos is Pittsburgh ’s popular oldies band; they have worked with great musical acts such as the Temptations, the Supremes, the Beach Boys, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, Ray Charles and Little Richard.Opening for Johnny Angel and the Halos is Jim Felix as Elvis. Jim is an Elvis tribute artist from Pittsburgh , PA.

Doors open at 6:00 pm and the show begins at 7:00 pm. Also taking place the same weekend is Classic Iron’s Do-Wopp Cruise-In at Conneaut Lake Park , sponsored by Community Chevrolet. There will be live music by DJ Dean Leonetti, 50/50 raffles and door prizes to benefit local charities. Live bands Pipe Dreams and Sofa King Cool will be playing Friday night and Sunday night.
