WHAT: “Doga,” of course! The newest exercise craze allows dogs to join their owners in aligning mind and body. The August session of Doga is about to begin and if you haven’t been, you won’t want to miss out! Grab a yoga mat and leash and head over to the Adobe Restaurant at the Biltmore Golf Club. Lots of fun and I promise, only the dogs will try and sniff you.
