Enjoy an afternoon break with a live performance of African Drumming and Dance featuring Doc Gibbs & Dottie. Doc Gibbs is one of the most sought after percussionists in the music industry today, known for his funky rhythms and use of unusual percussion instruments. Gibbs is also the band leader and percussionist for Emeril Live! on the Food TV Network. Dottie Wilke is the artistic director and choreographer for Kule Mele, the longest-lived African Dance company in Philadelphia. Dottie is also a 2007 Pew Fellowship recipient. Performance includes call and response.
