Today's workplaces are becoming increasingly diverse. They are multi-cultural, multi-gender, multi-orientation and multi-generational. Take this workshop to examine the various dynamics these diversities can present. Explore bias and prejudice and how these behaviors impact the workplace.
*Learn to identify your own bias and help others identify theirs.
*Work through exercises to effectively address bias in the workplace
*Make better decisions without the influence of bias
Participants will share and interactively develop strategies and tools to address bias in the workplace from a place of awareness and solution, rather than a place of blame.
