"Boats, Planes, Trains and ..." is the theme of Distaff's 74th annual concert. It begins with an inspiring program of choral music and continues with a light-hearted variety show about the joys of travel.
Our repertoire includes a variety of music styles including classical, folk, contemporary, jazz, pop and traditional songs from cultures around the world. We're committed to performing a high quality sound and have fun entertaining our audiences.
Distaff Singers has another mission too. We raise funds to help provide music education scholarships for young people in our communities. Proceeds from our annual benefit concert go to the Ida Altenbach Scholarship Fund, which is disbursed to select applicants on a yearly basis.
