Join us for Carlos Nuñez speaking about his life and music. This is a special event with this master of the gaita (Galician bagpipes), in anticipation of his concert at Old Town School of Folk Music.

A master of the Galician gaita, Carlos Nuñez has travelled the world over as a musical ambassador representing the Spanish-Celtic enclave of Galicia collaborating with The Chieftains, Ry Cooder, and Jackson Browne along the way. “In Galicia we play Celtic music as the Irish, Scottish, and Bretons do, but we add Spanish passion and temperament, that’s our trademark.” - Carlos Nuñez
