Discussion on Bullying by Author Virginia Pulitzer December 11, 2010

The Rabbit Hole is hosting author Virgina Pulitzer who will giving a presentation and discussion on Bullying in the Elementary School.

An educator with 35 years of classroom experience, Mrs. Pulitzer addresses bullying in the elementary school in an informative presentation/discussion followed by a lively Q&A session.

The Rabbit Hole is sponsoring a discussion/book signing on bullying in the middle schools. Some of the topics covered will be: Signs that a Child Is a Victim of Bullying, How to Help a Child Who Is a Victim, and How Not to Raise a Bully. Previous presentations attended by parents and educators have indicated that serious discussions on all aspects of the bullying issue must continue in order to remedy the situation in our schools. (Informative hand-outs based on material covered will also be available for attendees.)

Mrs. Pulitzers well-received, compelling book on girl bullies, Gwendolyn Claire vs. The Foxfield Four, also will be discussed as well as how the book may be used as a resource for parents and educators. A book signing concludes the presentation.
