A discussion on "Muslims in America". Ahmad Fuadi, the author of Negeri 5 Menara and a former journalist for VOA shares his experiences living as a muslim in America and discuss how Islam is practiced in America. A series of features on "Muslim di Amerika" are shown before the discussion.

An evening session of discussion on Muslims in America as seen portrayed in video clips from VOA. This event will give an overview for audiences of the everyday life of muslims in America and how they practice their faith. The diversity of Muslims in America will be explored and Ahmad Fuadi will guide the audience through the ongoing conversation American Muslims are having about life in America. How does the audience think Islam is practiced in America?

Born in Maninjau, Ahmad Fuadi is the author of Negeri 5 Menara, holds a Master Degree of Media and Public Affairs from George Washington University, and a Master Degree of Media Arts from Royal Holloway, London University. Ahmad was also a journalist, TV Producer and Editor of VOA (Voice of America). In the period of 2007 - 2009, Ahmad was also the Communication Director of The Nature Conservacy (TNC).
