Discover the Interiors of Historic Bungalow Homes on a Guided Walking Tour October 3, 2009

The Pleasant Home Foundation is hosting its annual Beautiful Bungalow Tour to view the variety, craftsmanship and interior design of the best examples of bungalow architectural style. This is a guided, rare opportunity since most of these private homes have never been open to the public. Tickets include a self-guided walking tour of the surrounding historic neighborhoods and a free tour of Pleasant Home, an 1897 home designed by noted Prairie Style architect George W. Maher. Proceeds benefit the Pleasant Home Foundation.
