Discover Ceylon Teas from Sri Lanka

Harin Weerasinha, a former tea plantation manager in Sri Lanka, (Ceylon), will discuss the history of the tea industry in Sri Lanka, the cultivation practices of tea growing and harvesting and the final processing and packaging of the teas for sale. He will also demonstrate the ideal brewing method for these very special teas to bring out their unique flavors and will provide free samples of the various Ceylon teas for a special tea tasting experience.
