This teaching will be about the doorways to the world of Buddhism for practitioners of various scopes. One's approach to refuge depends on the motivation and scope of practice. The object of refuge could be outer or inner. As one enters Vajrayāna, the meaning and mode of refuge deepens further.

We conduct meditation classes and spiritual discourses. We also participate in His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s vision of revitalizing the rich intellectual tradition of the ancient Nalanda University through our programs on building awareness in philosophy with a non-sectarian view. Regular classes at the center in Bangalore are taught by experienced teachers from Namdroling, the reputed Buddhist Monastic Institution at Bylakkuppe, Karnataka. Occasionally, we also have special teaching programs by Buddhist masters across traditions. Dharma Subhashita follows the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism as the spiritual practice lineage and upholds the non-sectarian values of the Ri-me’ movement.
