Proud2 are proud to announce an exclusive London booking of Dirtyphonics for a night of Bass on Friday 9th March. There will be a killer support bill (TBA soon) for a night of forward thinking live electronic music.

With their incredible production skills, a unique live presence and a passion to innovate in several styles of bass music, Dirtyphonics are with no doubt one of the most exciting live acts in today's electronic music scene.

Charly, Thomas, Pho and Pitchin started touring the world in 2006 as a live act, combining the hands-on approach of a DJ set with the spirit and energy of a rock concert. In 2008 the band took a new scope when their tune ‘French Fuck’ was signed to Drum & Bass legend Shimon's AudioPorn label. Upon release the 12” climbed the influential Drum & Bass Arena charts to reach first place, remaining in that spot for weeks on end and immediately bringing them to the forefront of the scene.

Not content with initial success, Dirtyphonics continued with a series of 12"s that continued to show their versatility and flair for production. The band has since been approached to remix tracks for household names like Skrillex, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Crystal Method, Krafty Kuts, Nero and The Bloody Beetroots. The band have also intensively toured the world hitting festivals such as Electric Daisy, Glastonbury, SXSW, Dour, Big Chill and Global Gathering and in the summer of 2010 moved to Los Angeles for their acclaimed "French Do It Better" tour around the USA and Canada.

Their music continues to gain support and plays from the likes of Skrillex, Annie Mac, Chase & Status, Pete Tong, Andy C, Rusko, Zane Lowe, Benga, Sub Focus, Pendulum and more.
