Dirty Girls Mountain Bike Ride May 21, 2011

A clinic aimed at getting ladies out to experience the incredible variety of mountain bike rides in the St. Louis area. This is an exciting sport, but also a fun way to meet some new friends. No one will ever get left behind on these rides. Our main goals are getting riders trail-ready for a number of terrains, getting some exercise and having fun. These rides will give you the basic knowledge of the mountain bike, handling, body-positioning (climbing and descending) along with some simple drills and techniques to practice on and off the trails.

Rides are run in conjunction with St. Louis Team Revolution, a women’s only cycling education and advocacy group.
All Rides Meet At Alpine Shop, 440 N. Kirkwood Rd. at 8 AM. We will carpool from the shop.

All times and locations are subject to change depending on weather and trail conditions. Contact the shop at 314-962-7715 on the Friday before each ride to confirm the location and time.
