The Dinner Party series involves a very relaxed atmosphere for those who wish to learn a cuisine, but are zapped from a long week at work or from just being a domestic goddess. These classes are shorter in length and involve easier, but delicious recipes to prepare. Desserts are typically prepared before the class unless otherwise noted. If you would like to learn to prepare the dessert, Tiramisu is taught in Popluar Desserts.
It’s a great date-night class or night out for friends. All classes are BYOB.

Appetizer: Seasonal Minestrone Soup and Crusty Bread
Entrée: Roast Pork with Apricot Glaze
Side: Savory Gnocchi (sweet potato seasonally) with Brown Butter and Herbs
Dessert: Classic Espresso Drenched Tiramisu
Wine: BYOB
