The Dinner Party series involves a very relaxed atmosphere for those who wish to learn a cuisine, but are zapped from a long week at work or from just being a domestic goddess. These classes are shorter in length and involve easier, but delicious recipes to prepare.
It’s a great date-night class or night out for friends. All classes are BYOB.
In this class you will learn:
Appetizer: Persian salad, and cucumber yogurt (Mast o Khiar)
Entrée: Mixed grill (Koubedeh) beef or chicken with grilled onions, tomatoes, and Basmati rice with saffron
Dessert: Refreshing rosewater ice cream (made in two minutes)
WINE: BYOB
