The food of Rome is as romantic as the Trevi fountain. In the streets you would see vendors selling huge Globe Artichokes, slices of ham and Prosciutto, and chickpea fritters. To cool you off from the Roman heat, a cool, creamy tiramisu would do the trick. And of course, pasta is king.

Appetizer: Fava bean, bacon and Pecorino cheese with crusty bread
Entree: Fresh made Pasta Carbonara - a creamy, comforting concoction of Italian Sausage, bacon, cream, and homemade pasta
Dessert: Speculoos Gelatti with Biscotti crumbles and fresh berries

Vegetarians - omit bacon and sausage in carbonara
