Dinner in Firenze (Florence) May 11, 2013

One of the best memories of Italy was our time in Florence, the city of DaVinci and Michangelo. Their most famous dish is the florentine steak, which if you order, you'd better have a family or an army to help you through the tremendous amount of beef you will consume. Have some unsalted bread with Tuscan butter, a.k.a. rendered pork fat. Delicious!
