Dinner in Cape Cod May 10, 2013

Most of you know I lived in Boston for six years and this is where I went to culinary school. I was also introduced to some great dishes while I was there. One of the best was this New England clam bake I went to on Cape Cod. A big sand pit was dug up and we baked the most amazing mussels, clams, lobsters, corn, and potatoes. It was covered with seaweed and foil and I thought this will never work. But like magic it did. While we won't have the sand pit, but we'll show you the home cooked way to have your own New England clam bake!
