WHAT: Join us as we explore wines from “down under” hosted by Burtons Grill of South Windsor and 2Fly Wines on Monday January 25th 2010 at 6:30PM. Visit the Australian Empire from your seat as Tony Reynolds of 2FlyWines guides guests through the dinner glass by glass and describes the complexities of each selection. 2Fly wines are specially made in boutique wineries found in McLaren Vale, one of South Australia’s finest growing regions. Each hand-crafted, unique wine showcases the unique flavor profiles of the Australian vineyard. Pair your trip with a four-course adventure that will compliment each wine selection.
