Dinner and a Movie: Plan Colombia--Cashing in on the Failed Drug War October 19, 2006

This documentary ties together issues of the drug war, the economics of the drug trade, militarization, Colombia’s guerrilla war, the School of the Americas, and U.S. interests in multi-national corporations (particularly oil). It includes excellent background information including interviews with State Department officials, the U.S. Colombian ambassador, Noam Chomsky and Paul Wellstone.
