This one-day class is for those who took our Digital SLR Tutorial, or anyone who understands the basic principles of ISO, shutter speed, and aperture, but wants to learn to apply their knowledge in real-world situations.
Each session travels to a different shooting location, such as the Historic District or Reading Terminal Market, where students apply key concepts in real time.
Students will combination aperture, shutter speed, depth of field, focal length, and white balance in various lighting conditions. They'll also experiment with negative and positive space, proportion, and hierarchy of visual importance - all elements of successful images.
If you're someone who embraces learning-by-doing, this class will be the perfect fit.
