7:00 PM - Presentations begin - 5 mins per presenter + 4 mins audience Q&A
After each presenter displays their product, they will go on to share 2-3 technology challenges that they are facing
Suggestions and solutions are then picked from the audience over the next 6 mins
Total time for presentations, tech challenge roll out and audience solutions per presenter is 15 mins

8:00 PM. - Strategic Time Out + Drinks Break
8:10 PM - "Pimp My App" Each presenter shortlists some of the best solutions sourced
Discussion huddles begin with the respective presenter and his selected solutions team. The teams spend 30 mins together to create a wireframe suggestion on how they can make an improvement to the website or app
(The rest of the audience who are not in teams = networking!)

8:40 PM - Presenters to announce to the audience showing what they’ve achieved together and which turned out to be the best and most feasible solution
9:00 PM - How does WikiMedia help in Digital Creativity by WikiMedia representative
9:10 PM - Metro Design Philosophy presentation by Microsoft representative
9:20 PM - Acknowledgements, Upcoming Meetup announcement
