How many times have you looked at a magazine and been drawn into a close-up photo? The power of these amazing images lies in the ability of the photo to pull us into the intimate world of the subject. They allow us to see things that we wouldn't see normally, and as a result, they invoke a special feeling. In this class, dedicated to building your skills with close-ups or macro photography, we'll discuss and practice the techniques used to produce strong close-ups. - - We'll use the natural landscape of the sanctuary to identify and isolate interesting subjects and discuss the methods we'll use to photograph them close-up. Among the key topics, we'll discuss focus, depth of field, and composition. Registration is required. Call 978-887-9264 for details.
