Chris Breen has been writing about technology since the latter days of the Reagan Administration for such publications as MacUser, MacWEEK, and Macworld. Currently he pens Macworld magazine's popular tips and troubleshooting column, Mac 911; mouths off in Playlist's iPod Blog; and appears in video form in Breen's Bungalow, an every-so-often video tutorial found on Macworld's virtual CD. He's also the author of Peachpit Press' best-selling Secrets of the iPod and iTunes, fifth edition and the new The iPod and iTunes Guidebook.
