Diabetes Support Group January 12, 2010

Even though diabetes is a chronic disease, manageable with insulin, diet and even exercise, it's still nice to have the support and insight of others who deal with the same issues. This group will help those with diabetes to make informed choices when dealing with their health. Meets the third Tuesday of every month
