Dharma Bums performing at TLR. Founded in the early 1970s by American-born Phil Void, a long-time student of Tibetan Buddhism, with the support of a loose collection of usicians travelling in India and Nepal during the 1970s, the Dharma Bums' folk fusion is specially committed to the Tibetan liberation movement. Having performed and recorded all over the world, the band stops by TLR en route to Dharamsala for the Tibetan Music Awards.
