Get a behind-the-scenes look at the inner workings of a usability lab with a tour, hands-on demo, and role-playing at Sabre's Usability Lab. Brian Sullivan, Usability Lead for the Sabre Human Factors Center, will provide a brief overview of how the Sabre usability department operates. Then, a tour of the usability labs with participants working with the actual equipment on a live website.
