Williamson Medical Center serves as a meeting location for the local chapter of the National Depression Bipolar Support Alliance. DBSA offers valuable information and support to individuals and families who struggle with depression and bipolar disorders. The DBSA meeting is a safe place to express feelings and personal concerns with others who have similar needs and experiences. The group meets in Meeting Room B, just inside the main entrance, from 7:00-8:30 p.m. the first, second and third Fridays of each month. Newcomers are welcome. There is no fee. For additional information, contact Richard Pierce, group leader, at 615-595-1987 or RichardPierceMSW@bellsouth.net. To learn more about depression and bipolar disorders, visit www.dbsalliance.org.
