The Museum's collection of decorative arts is one of vast diversity, with acquisitions from donors including Chinese, Japanese and Korean ceramics; small holdings in 20th century works illustrating the influence of Art Nouveau and Art Deco design, and particular strengths in 19th century English art pottery. The museum's Doulton Lambeth pottery collection is one of the largest in the world.
