Chef Debu Saha of Debu Sahas Biryani House will be tripping the light fantastic, Friday, October 20 through Sunday, October 22, with an exceptional five-course tasting menu that captures the colour, excitement and diversity of Diwali, the Indian Festival of Lights.
One of the brightest culinary talents on the Toronto restaurant scene, Chef Saha is noted for his creative cooking style, which melds bold Indian spices, French cooking techniques and local ingredients.
The five-course tasting menu is priced at $38 (vegetarian) and $45 (non-vegetarian) and is only available during Diwali celebrations at Debu Saha’s Biryani House.
