Dear Fleisher, 4x6 Inches of Art September 26, 2010

Dear Fleisher, 4x6 Inches of Art is an exhibition and sale of over 600 original postcard-sized artworks from more than 400 acclaimed artists from Philly and beyond. On Sunday, September 26th from 1-5pm at Fleisher, each piece will be sold anonymously for $50 each. In the spirit of accessibility, the $50 price tag makes it possible for a wide audience to acquire great art and help support Fleisher. Only after selecting and purchasing a piece will a buyer learn the identity of the artist, who has signed each artwork on the back.

All proceeds from the 2010 exhibition will support arts education programs at Fleisher, a century-old community art center in South Philadelphia that provides arts education for over 15,000 adults and children annually.
