Dean Browne at the ALEiens Homebrew Club August 25, 2009

For our August 25th meeting, we have another special guest. Dean Browne is a brewer at Philadelphia Brewing Co. and the brewmaster at the Porterhouse Brewpub in Lahaska PA. He also runs the Fermental Blog, is an amateur wine and cheese maker, and has been trained in the art of distillation. Needless to say, Dean is an expert in the art fermentation.
