Prior to founding her consultancy, she was the director of HR for Ultra Clean Technology. She began her HR career working with high-technology startup companies. Nancy facilitates the PHR/SPHR certification prep course for NCHRA and is the program coordinator for the HR management certificate program at UCSC Extension in Silicon Valley.
