But in the hands of celebrated New York playwright David Greenspan, this comic situation runs through bad marriage, bad acting, Greek myth, and the circles of Hell, bending genders and theatrical reality along the way in a savagely funny, sharp and haunting 90 minute romp through the confusing layers of identity and family. Thick Description introduced this writer to the Bay Area in 1992 with acclaimed productions of his earlier work. This time, they've invited us to collaborate on this extravagantly gifted writer's greatest work.
