DC for Democracy is the District’s largest unaligned progressive group of activists, community leaders and everyday voters working for positive change in our local government and recognition in America’s legislature.
Join us at a picnic in Rock Creek Park. Catch up with old friends, make new ones, and meet special guests -- including Democracy for America chair Jim Dean! More important, help us raise the funds that make our efforts possible, including presidential primary activities, voting rights, and community projects.
Come enjoy camaraderie, games, and the park itself. We’ll provide the picnic basics, but feel free to bring your favorite chips, salads, or beverages to share.
Suggested donation $35 for an individual, $50 for a family.
