Day out with Thomas July 13, 2012

Bookings now open for a Day Out with Thomas, Trainworks, Thirlmere
Meet the full-sized Thomas the Tank Engine and as he greets friends of all ages at Trainworks, Thirlmere just 5 mins from Picton on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th July.
It is a full day of fun-filled activities for the littlies with the Fat Controller overseeing all the exciting activities.
Children and their families will have a steam train ride from Sodor Island Railway Station pulled by Donald the black engine. They can climb in Henry’s cab, meet his driver and fireman and watch him shunting the Troublesome Trucks
Toby the Rail Motor, always a favourite, will be there too and the children can climb on board.
To fill the day there will be Thomas themed jumping castles, inflatable slide, mini train rides and face painting.
Parents will have an opportunity to relax while children enjoy the activities in the Imagination Station including storytelling, Thomas movies, colouring in and Thomas toys to play with.
A highlight of the day will be meeting Thomas where children can blow his whistle and the whole family will have the opportunity of a photo.
This is an all-inclusive ticketed event which includes all activities and entrance to Trainworks. Only merchandise and food and are extra costs. Bring a picnic lunch or barbeque and enjoyed relaxing in the grounds.
