Day of Activities for the DIsabled August 29, 2009

PlayDate Foundation Inc., a non-profit corporation, will host a day of food & fun at the Central Florida Fairgrounds. The event will be a day for disabled children all around the Orlando area to come out and have fun. We will have activities ranging from the Wii, face painting, food decorating and much much more. The event will be sponsored by companies such as Children’s Medical Services, EA games, Namco Bandai and many others.

At the same time as the event, we will be hosting a panel for parents to attend to ask questions and learn about any available resources for them and their children.

The event will celebrate the launch of PlayDate Foundation Inc, the first social networking company of its kind for children with disabilities. The purpose of the site is to help bring together children who primarily have a hard time creating social bonds in a way to enrich their quality of life.
