Cleveland-born David Wilcox is an acoustic guitarist/singer/songwriter whose music is intelligent, humorous, insightful and melodic. He is often compared to James Taylor and John Martyn. His independent album in 1987 was a winner of the prestigious Kerrville Folk Festival New Folk award in 1988. His first release on the label, 'How Did You Find Me Here,' sold over 100,000 copies the first year. Seventeen albums later his career as a singer and storyteller still reflects how inspired he is to write songs.
