How do I get my tickets to the Lynch Donovan event ?
Supposedly they will mail them? I don't know...If I don't get them in the mail, I will just show up.
Just got this email:

Thank you for registering for "An Evening with David Lynch and Donovan" at the Kodak Theatre, on Sunday, January 21, 2007 at 7 p.m. We have mailed your reserved-seat ticket(s) for the main event.
Please be sure to be in your seats at the Kodak Theatre by 6:45 p.m. Otherwise, we will not guarantee your seats.
The house is sold out. There are over 500 on a waiting list. Please let us know by replying to this email if you will not use all of the tickets you requested. Please also indicate how many tickets you will not be using so that we may give them to someone else. Please bring your extra tickets with you and turn them in to David Lynch Foundation staff.
The Kodak Theatre is located on Level One of the Hollywood and Highland Center at 6801 Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood. For a map go to Google.com/maps and search for Kodak Theatre, Hollywood.
Convenient valet parking service for the Kodak Theatre is now available on Hollywood Boulevard (at the foot of the grand staircase) for $10.

Apparently 1000 seats will be released the evening of. You can try showing up and crossing your fingers. Or you can buy tickets online.

As for Sunday...if DL+D doesn't work out, "KABARA SOL" is pay-what-you-can night at [Inside] the Ford, and there is also a free theater workshop of Ibsen's "Enemy of the People" with free food and wine to follow (so they say). There's also a free lecture at LACMA in conjunction with the Magritte exhibit "Retrospectively Yours: Magritte and the 1960s Avant-Garde"
