For years, highly skilled immigrants have poured into the United States, using their science and technology skills to help create and make thrive some of America's most successful companies. But now these superstars are returning to their native countries in alarming numbers up to 1,000 a day. The 9/11 attacks and raised immigration barriers have contributed to the slowing influx of new skilled immigrants.
