David Driskell: Painting Across the Decade 1996-2006 February 21, 2007

This exhibition features art by one of the renowned scholar, curator, and artist David Driskell. Drawing inspiration from nature and African art, Driskell's work is semi-abstract, energetic, and richly colored. The exhibition features gouaches, collages, and mixed media created during the last ten years. Driskell is one of the world's leading authorities on African American art.
